Durchs Schlüsseloch: Zwillinge tragen ist bunt

Diese Woche haben wir ja vor Allem darüber berichtet, wie das so gehen kann Zwillinge zu tragen: kurze Strecken im Snugglebundle oder richtig gut eingewickelt ins Tragetuch, oder lieber in der Trage, vielleicht vorne, oder hinten, oder sogar vorne und hinten, ob Mama oder Papa und manchmal auch noch das größere Geschwisterchen auf dem Rücken. Beim Tragen ist es so bunt, wie beim Stillen bzw. Fläschchenfüttern, wie beim Schlafen und bei der Beikost. Es gibt kein perfektes Szenario. Das was sich gut anfühlt ist genau das Richtige und kann sich auch immer wieder ändern. Genau deswegen möchten wir heute ein paar Instagram-Lieblinge mit Euch teilen, auf denen man sehr gut sehen kann Zwillinge tragen ist bunt und vielfälltig Viel Spaß dabei!

Happy Easter from our family to yours :)⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ Thinking of you all today as I’m sure this isn’t the holiday you imagined.⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ I’m sad not to be celebrating with my extended family — With our traditional meal (the hash brown potatoes are my fav!), the egg hunt for the kiddos, and simply that TIME together. I’m sad my kids can’t do the neighborhood hunt, or, our local (Saturday prior) Easter Brunch & hunt that we have attended for a few years now.⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ I’m sad I won’t be able to attend Church (physically) on Easter Sunday, but, grateful for the technology to listen live.⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ BUT… We will create our own traditions this year that I’m sure will carry forward. The Easter Bunny still came. We will still do a hunt. We semi-recreated the meal. We’re attempting to make a „PEEP“ cake. My kids have full hearts & are we are all healthy. That’s all I can ask for during this time. :)⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ Would love to know an Easter tradition you usually do, and, has that changed this year?

When Daddy is wearing your sister but you just can’t resist sneaking in some snuggles too. 💔 . Seriously y’all, with Father’s Day approaching I just need to brag about this guy for a minute. Twin parenthood is HARD. We’re five months in and while we’ve definitely found our rhythm for the most part, there’s always something that throws us for a loop every now and then. But Derek is always there with an extra arm to hold them, to clean up spit up or blowouts or drool, or to act goofy and sing silly songs to keep them occupied while I’m showering or doing laundry. He’s a pro at soothing them back to sleep at night, driving around with them so they can sleep while I stay home to work on my Etsy shop undistracted, and bringing me snacks and drinks when I’m tied to the couch nursing them. He washes the dishes and vacuums and makes sure the cat is fed when I inevitably forget. And he never complains. His goodness and graciousness towards me and our daughters is something I probably take for granted a lot of the time, but never should. He’s the real deal.
